Leadership is neither a title, nor a role, nor a sum of skills. It begins with self-knowledge and reveals itself in the ability to create impact. Developing your leadership means understanding what shaped you, moving past what limits you, fully owning your singularity — and adapting your posture without ever losing your identity.
IQ and EQ, on their own, show their limits. From that observation was born the Marketing Quotient® (MQ), a concept created by Zakia Slaoui and featured in Forbes and on BFM Business.
Zakia Slaoui is drawn to that precise moment when a person stops defining themselves by their limits and begins to glimpse what they are truly capable of. What holds a leader back is not always their level of competence: sometimes it is their beliefs, their fears, their relationship with themselves, their ability to assert who they are. Her role: creating the conditions for that click — surfacing the resources, revealing the potential, turning it into impact.
"To inspire others to achieve what they once thought impossible, so that they can unlock potential they didn't know they had and reach a higher level."

WHY formalised through Simon Sinek's "Find Your WHY" journey — signed certificate, live session with the author of Start With Why.
An international expert and keynote speaker in leadership and interculturality, Zakia Slaoui is the first Arab woman to be recognised as an international expert by the Swiss Global Order of International Experts in the field of intercultural leadership.
Founder and CEO of KulturMind, she has spent more than twenty years supporting executives, managers and organisations on their leadership, transformation and human capital development challenges, in Morocco, across Africa and internationally.
Before founding KulturMind, she held strategic Human Resources positions for more than two decades, notably as HR Director for Africa. That experience at the heart of organisations led her to observe a reality that became the starting point of her work: technical expertise is not enough to make a leader. Leadership also rests on the ability to know oneself, to adapt, to convince and to build genuine commitment.
From that conviction came her two proprietary models: ZIZ® Leadership, devoted to building a leadership that is bold, adaptable and influential at once, and the Marketing Quotient® (MQ), centred on the ability to give one's potential its full value, strengthen one's impact and develop one's power of influence.
Her approach combines leadership, behavioural psychology, intercultural intelligence, communication and influence, with one constant ambition: to enable individuals and organisations to turn their potential into impact.
Her expertise and her work have been featured in leading media, notably Forbes and BFM Business, and find expression today through her keynotes, leadership programmes and engagements with executives and companies internationally.
